The Story

SpaceLove’s journey began in experiential production when founder Renée Marie served as a strategic liaison between clients and creative teams. For over two decades, she championed client success, starting at creative agencies and later transitioning to a global live event production, scenic fabrication, and interactive media. She observed how spaces shape emotional connections to experiences in every role and applied the same principles to her home. Soon, friends and family began asking her to help them organize and stage their own spaces, leading to the creation of SpaceLove.
In 2020, Renée Marie brought her passion for organization and staging to South Carolina from Chicago, initially settling in Hilton Head Island. After establishing strong connections and serving the coastal community for four years, she expanded SpaceLove’s presence to the Charleston and Columbia areas in 2025.

When she’s not transforming spaces, you’ll find Renée Marie on the golf course (a 30-year love affair), wandering Charleston’s historic streets, or taking road trips to discover all that South Carolina has to offer. At home, she enjoys recreating cherished family Italian recipes and unwinding with her favorite audiobooks
