Q: What services does SpaceLove offer?
A: We provide three core services: Professional Organization, Staging & Décor, and Relocation Services. Each service is customized to meet your needs and can be used independently or combined for a complete space transformation.
Q: How does the initial assessment work?
A: The initial assessment is a 90-minute session ($250-$400, depending on the service) during which we evaluate your spaces, discuss your goals and lifestyle needs, and create an action plan. Following the assessment, you’ll receive detailed recommendations and a service estimate.
Q: Do I need to be present during organizing sessions?
A: While you don’t need to be present for the entire session, we recommend being available for key decisions about whether to keep, donate, or discard items. We can discuss your preferred level of involvement during the assessment.
Pricing & Payments
Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: Our rates are:
❁ Organization Services: $175/hour (3-hour minimum)
❁ Staging & Décor: $185/hour (4-hour minimum)
❁ Relocation Services: Project management fee of 20% plus hourly rate
❁ Additional services like shopping and virtual consulting have separate rates
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your project dates. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Relocation services require a 25% deposit, 50% one week before the move, and the remaining balance upon completion.
Process & Preparation
Q: How should I prepare for my organizing session?
A: No pre-organizing is necessary! We prefer to see your space naturally to understand your challenges and needs better. After booking, we’ll provide specific preparation guidelines.
Q: How long does a typical project take?
A: Project duration varies based on:

❁ Complexity of systems needed: We’ll provide time estimates during your assessment.
Policies & Procedures
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The assessment fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
Q: Do you provide storage solutions and organizing products?
A: We can recommend and purchase organizing products on your behalf (billed hourly). We focus on maximizing existing storage before suggesting new solutions.
Service Area
Q: Where do you provide services?
A: We primarily serve the Charleston tri-county area. Services are available within 150 miles of Mount Pleasant, SC, with travel fees applying beyond our primary service area.
Additional Questions
Q: Do you offer virtual organizing sessions?
A: Yes, we offer $125/hour virtual organizing for clients who prefer remote guidance or are outside our service area.
Q: How do you handle donations and discards?
A: We can coordinate donation pickup and removal services. We partner with local donation centers and trash removal services to ensure items are correctly disposed of or donated.
